The Customer Success Account Management (CSAM) Innovation team is responsible for delivering on the vision of the CSAM as the architect of future consumption growth. This includes role ownership, role strategy, methodologies, communities and enabling CSAM and CSAM Manager success in the field.
We are looking for an experienced Innovation Team Program Manager to drive field execution of our CSAM Delivery Center program. We are looking to hire for our Customer Success Account Managment team. This role combines deep experience with cross organization field orchestration & customer delivery via vendor partners.

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years d omain experience in vendor agreement management and execution
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to map the customer’s needs to technical solutions
- Empathy, curiosity, and desire to constantly improve, acquire new skills and drive for results
- Ability to act on Customer Escalation needs, Unblock the customer through orchestration of right resources at the right time
- Prior work experience in other software and/or services companies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), VMware, Google, IBM, Oracle, Snowflake, Netezza, Teradata, MongoDB, CloudEra
Business Program Management IC6 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 – $266,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 – $292,200 per year.
