About the Residential HVAC Installer

The HVAC Installer role is based out of our Harrisburg, PA location and is a part of our Residential Services Group. Our RSG HVAC Installer can expect to earn $50k to $75k annually. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced Installers who love to provide outstanding customer service while focusing on doing quality work and enjoy being a Lead on an install. What You Will Do:

    • Be an experienced, diligent, knowledgeable, Installation Technician who installs Residential HVAC systems with accuracy and diligence, knowing the importance of doing a project correctly the first time.
    • Work in a more intimate setting. We have a wide range of Residential customers which gives you the chance to show us what you know about all sorts of equipment including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units, and everything in between.
    • Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects each other and leans on each other when needed.
    • Provide guidance and share the knowledge you spent your career learning with HVAC helpers who are just getting started in the trade.
    • Mindfulness and communication are key for the team to be successful. Take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.

What We Are Asking From You:

    • 4 + years of residential HVAC installation experience.
    • Boiler installation experience is highly preferred.
    • An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
    • A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
    • Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
    • Valid and current driver’s license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
    • CFC Certification – Type I and II, Universal is ideal!
    • Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer’s organization.
