Job Description
pureIntegration is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role is integral in supporting various aspects of Human Resource Management and the employee lifecycle. We are looking for a highly organized, interpersonal, and adaptable candidate who is eager to learn and understand HR practices and regulations. If you want to contribute to meaningful HR projects and play a key role in shaping our HR practices, this position is great for you!
This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days in the office, and is a full-time, non-exempt position.
Rate and Benefits Information: The hourly rate is between $26.50 – $36.00. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for our full list of benefits linked here.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, including preparing the necessary paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
- Facilitate exit process for terminating employees, including preparing the necessary paperwork, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring seamless transition out of the organization.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information and Immigration files.
- Engage with partner PEO (Professional Employment Organization) regarding payroll processing, benefits administration, pre-employment screenings, etc.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure effective HR operations.
- Pull and analyze reports as needed.
- Responsible for all employee verifications and addressing incoming phone calls for the department.
- Assist HR Manager with the Immigration Program and Performance Management Cycle.
- Work with HR Manager to promote engagement programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience supporting the employee life-cycle.
- Familiarity with common employment law and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
