Responsibilities
The HR Program Manager position will work on talent development initiatives for Department of Laboratory Medicine & Pathology (DLMP).
Helps to operationalize the Mayo Clinic workforce vision and roadmap strategy for workforce talent. Implement strategy and talent pathway programming that increases the diversity of Mayo Clinic’s workforce. Develop, manage, and evaluate relationships with academic partners, local/regional/national workforce development boards, and non-profits to help meet Mayo Clinic’s workforce needs. Collaborate and coordinate with HR CRL’s, recruiting team, diversity department leaders and hiring managers to create talent pathways to address workforce needs across the enterprise. Responsible for analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of the partnerships, collaborations, programs, and investments; evaluating the results of strategy and talent pathway investments and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Serve as a Mayo Clinic representative on academic advisory councils, local/regional/national boards, committees, and associations to advance workforce development, diversity talent pathway creation, academic partnerships, economic development, and other related areas. Provide vision in the development of academic and career education partnerships which could include post-secondary, career and technical education and K-12 education. Ability to leverage relationship building, communication and project management skills to build effective partnerships, and promote teamwork through open dialogue, empowering others, and developing an environment that creates joy at work.

Primarily a remote work position, but must live within driving distance of Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN campus for regional travel requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, communications or related field with three or more years of relevant experience required. Demonstrated Project Management or related credential is required.
Additional Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education or related field with two or more years of relevant experience preferred. Talent pathway building, partnership and collaboration building experience, workforce development experience, HR recruiting, public speaking, and community engagement experience, as well as previous supervisory experience desirable.
