Job Summary
The Human Resources Clearance Associate will primarily be responsible for ensuring all employees have proper clearance, licensing and access to work on assigned contracts. Provide administrative support within HR on a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and provide required client reports.
- Process & submit all paperwork for licensing.
- Facilitate clearance requirements for all employees and assist them with their submissions.
- Process hires and termination with clients as required.
- Process requests for employee access to client systems to initiate and revoke. Process & maintain all paperwork to submit to the client.
- Maintain all data in information systems or databases.
- Provide backup support for the Receptionist duties & coverage.
- Assist with Recruiting, Reception and HR administrative duties.
- Assist with Orientations and onboarding.
- Primary receptionist backup
- Maintain and update open project lists.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are being adhered to.

Qualifications
Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
Minimum of (1) one year client relations experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Thorough understanding and ability to comply with the client requirements and procedures.
- Prepare and provide required client reports.
- Effective professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Display solid working knowledge of standard computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power-point.

Clearance
As a federal contractor, this position requires U.S. citizenship and security clearance granting access to classified information. The background investigation is conducted by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and is an evaluation of the whole person to determine suitability. The suitability review begins after a conditional offer of employment has been accepted and will include a review of your employment, education, residences, references, criminal history and credit, as an example. Some of the most important factors in an investigation are the individual’s honesty, candor, and thoroughness in the completion of their security forms.
