The Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function has an important role to play in helping to achieve EY’s ambition to create long-term value as the world’s most trusted, distinctive professional services organization. In this role, you’ll help position EY as a top employer across our digital channels, with the aim of attracting, engaging and retaining the best talent and creating exceptional experiences for them. You’ll also partner with our Global Brand and Go-to-Market teams to build EY’s reputation as a Talent powerhouse among clients and other external stakeholders.
We are looking for a marketing and communications professional who is strong in both data and tech to lead ongoing transformation of our digital experience and content. Your day-to-day role will involve working with Talent and BMC leadership to define, build, amplify and measure our employer brand through digital channels – this includes our website, social media and digital advertising. You will work closely with the wider brand and external comms team to maximize our digital engagement.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Digital strategy
- Help bring our employer brand to life and engage our external audiences in new and innovative ways optimizing our content across key digital channels
- Bring a passion for digital and connecting with talent audiences where they are engaging with brands in this space.
- Drive forward the future state of our careers website including new content creation, identifying opportunities for UX improvement, and serving as overall project manager
- Consult and advise on global employer brand paid media campaigns
- Help define best practices on the candidate journey from career site to application
- Drive distinctive and best in class candidate experience with analytics and user testing
- Be a fierce advocate for all Talent audiences and drive an audience-first strategy for careers on all digital channels
- Be a strong, collaborative team player, comfortable working virtually and independently
- Be a strong project manager, with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities effectively
- Have a great eye for detail and ability to clearly communicate and translate ideas to stakeholders and team members alike
- Collaborate with colleagues and agencies to brainstorming concepts
- Have strong networking skills and ability to effectively manage and influence senior leaders as well as a broad range of internal and client facing professionals
- Ability to work in a high pace, agile environment
- Ability to synthesize complex information into simple, high impact messages
- Measurement
- Build on and refine our measurement approach through marketing analytics and reporting. Oversee dashboards and reports to measure end-to-end effectiveness of digital experiences
- Monitor competitive information and identify areas of opportunity where digital experiences can be enhanced. Embrace continuous improvement, learning and problem solving
- Confident in communicating results verbally and visually
- Subject matter expertise and counsel
- Lead the interpretation of the employer brand into our digital communications and experience
- In depth understanding of social platforms and measurement
- Strong eye for design, familiarity with content management systems
- Strong digital marketing background
Knowledge, Competency and Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience in specialized content publishing for a global audience ideally in a multilanguage environment
- Vision and capability to champion our employer brand and build towards most distinctive professional services brand
- Strong leader who can work across diverse teams incorporating content, brand, design, UX, technology, editorial, paid media, and CMS skills
Supervision Responsibilities:
- Strong leadership skills required

- Global travel will be required pending business needs.
- Able to engage in a virtual team in a hybrid setup
Experience Requirements
- Understanding and proven expertise in areas such as global digital B2B publishing, innovation, content and editorial, creative ideas, creative UX, digital and content transformation
- Proven track record in developing, managing and implementing complex content publishing programs and digital paid media campaigns at global scale
- Experience leading, managing and optimizing diverse, virtual and agile high-performance team
- Leading-edge digital marketing/communication execution experience
- Ability to influence and work cross-functionally and with various leaders up and down and across an organization and across multiple time zone and cultures
- Experience of distribution and content syndication
- Relishes complex challenges and demonstrates inspiring team leadership within a matrix environment
- Experience in managing budgets and overseeing creative agency support
What we offer
The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary range/s.
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $73,200 to $132,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $87,800 to $151,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
