What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Responsible for the quality of all deliverables of the project, this contains (among other things) that you are responsible for choices concerning scoping, planning and framework of the deliverable
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders concerning progress of projects and deliverables
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables from the project team are in line with UL’s high standard
  • Studies and understands test standards, technology and regulations for scope of responsibility to be able to provide input as necessary
  • Follows up on contacts from clients and communicates technical issues, Test Standard explanations, certification requirements and UL procedures and requirements. Acts to address client concerns and resolve issues for their project
  • Supports Sales staff to determine project specifications such as cost, time and sample requirements by analyzing client input, available supplemental date, and product construction for a project. Works with Sales and customer to negotiate completion dates and requirements
  • Maintain/improve technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, obtaining applicable certifications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of the art practices and participating in professional societies and cross-departmental task forces

What makes you a great fit:

  • Some University education in Business Administration or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects to achieve stated objectives.
  • Basic knowledge of UL objectives and structure.
  • Working knowledge of objectives, processes, and procedures of the applicable subunit(s) of the organization.

  • Total Rewards:
    The salary range for this position is $46,000- $61,000 and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.

    All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 5% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.

    We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
