The Guest Liaison provides dynamic service – welcoming designers, clients, executives and visitors to our Center of Innovation and Main Reception areas. This role requires a polished demeanor & presence, coupled with an enthusiasm to create a superior first impression for our high-profile guests. They will work in collaboration and partnership with all associates and Leaders to ensure the needs of our guests are not only met but also exceeded. They must be personable and proactive in creating an elevated experience and a positive work environment. They must be open to learning and use creative problem-solving to provide strategic solutions in response to challenges.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Live our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
  • Greet, welcome and announce all visitors upon arrival with superior service
  • Effectively manage all calls and emails with poise and confidence
  • Provide an elevated level of service support to associates and Leaders as needed
  • Create and maintain employee badge access and security reports
  • Conduct inventory analysis and place appropriate orders for restocking
  • Serve as liaison to Campus Development and Facilities Teams in relation to maintenance, security and operational projects
  • Standardize information dashboards, templates and procedures to facilitate an efficient workflow; including but not limited to expense reporting, corporate communications, and project status tracking
  • Maintain, adapt and update crucial company information and documents as necessary
  • Provide tracking analysis on spend and best practices

  • Adaptability – must adjust to changes in the work environment, and respond positively and professionally to frequent change, delays or unexpected events
  • Confidentiality – must be able to perform duties with a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion
  • Communication – must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with your leader and team members – clearly articulating your views and asking for clarification if needed
  • Proficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, and Google Suite
