Job Summary:
Two amazing Colorado golf courses. Thirty-six incredible, championship holes. These have made Keystone one of the nation’s most respected golf resorts. Keystone offers some of the greatest golfing in one of the most spectacular settings you’ll ever experience. This entry golf maintenance position works independently, but under supervision, on a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance and construction.

Job Responsibilities:
- Performs semiskilled grounds construction and maintenance work and performs related tasks as required.
- Maintenance of the golf course, including mowing greens, tees, fairways and roughs, clubhouse lawns, landscape beds, sand bunkers and waterways.
- Maintenance and Cleaning of cartpaths, parking lots, restrooms and other facilities and infrastructures as assigned.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of irrigation system and in the application of fertilizers and pesticides.
- Exercise judgment in evaluating systems, informing supervisor of potential problems and taking corrective action when deemed necessary.
- Work in a safe manor at all times and maintain a safe work environment for everyone.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Adhere to the golf course professional appeareance and grooming standards
- Be able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Candidate will have the ability to do heavy physical labor
- Able to lift 50 lbs constantly and stand for long periods of time
- Work as a part of a team
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
- Maintain a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, holidays, etc
- Valid Driver’s License- Required.
- Experience in golf maintenance or operating machinery – Preferred
Additional requirements for hires under age 18:
- Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician’s note, and/or proof of birthdate
The expected pay range is $20.00 – $22.03. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
