Global Portfolio Program Manager – Lease Administration

The Global Portfolio Program Manager – Lease Administration will provide portfolio administration and data base management and support, while working closely with a vendor staff to support the lease administration efforts. This role will focus on day to day operations for all administration related to our leased portfolio, supporting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support our delivery model and ensure compliance of our legal obligations across all of our global data centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Review of lease related documentation and abstraction of critical information as required for our inhouse payment and portfolio systems
  • Tracking of all leases, contracts and associated documents tied to the lease (including amendments)
  • Monthly review of all rent/payment obligations and early escalation where issues arise
  • Administration of legal documentation as required by the Global Portfolio team
  • Assists in the supervision of work and performance of vendor staff responsible for providing lease administration services for Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I).
  • Collaborates with Manager to establish performance objectives for vendor staff and monitors and reports on accomplishments.
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with internal clients, landlords and vendor staff.
  • Conducts periodic meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders to review satisfaction with current services
  • Conducts financial analysis/accounting as appropriate, including Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, reviewing rent rolls, etc. in accordance with required accounting principles.
  • Provides internal reporting and metrics to internal teams to enable the business to manage pipeline and business performance.
  • Develops and implements procedures and systems that continually improve and streamline the operation and management of Portfolio Administration
  • Provide programmatic management and input for all compliance and risk matters with our strategic partnerships and our entire contract base.
  • Deliver tools and processes to drive consistency and standardization to our operations
  • Establish a results-oriented, metrics-driven programmatic approach to strategic asset management to develop improvements and efficiencies for our business
  • Creation of internal reporting and metrics to enable the business to review and manage overall business performance

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Operational financial reconciliations, budget review and audit processes.

Background Check Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check every two years thereafter.

    • Experience with lease administration database tools (TRIRIGA experience preferred)

Business Program Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 – $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 – $195,000 per year.
