About the Role
As a Global Partner Manager, you will manage our largest restaurant merchant partner, McDonald’s. The global team drives revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service across regions. Partner Managers will also work closely with internal partners across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and more to optimize our partnership.
What You’ll Do
– Build relationships. Lead day-to-day interactions with senior executives and key decision makers within partner organizations
– Drive global initiatives. Lead key work streams in concert with regional teams and the Enterprise Org to drive growth for our merchant partners at scale
– Partner with cross-functional teams. Be the voice of the customer and seamlessly navigate internal processes
– Increase product adoption and co-marketing investment. Clearly communicate the value of our products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
– Handle the big picture and the tiny details. You are organized, timely and ensure nothing gets missed; you are also attuned to strategy and consistently come up with new ways to create or contribute to our partnerships
– You can navigate negotiations, difficult partner conversations, and internal roadblocks
– Bring your analytical A-game. Develop business models and analyses with Global Partner Ops Analysts to understand trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against our goals
Basic Qualifications
– Minimum of 4 years of full-time experience, ideally in a client-facing role
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience handling enterprise and executive level partnerships, ideally with global brands
– Experience in food delivery and/or third-party marketplaces at a high-growth tech company
– Experience working in ads sales, marketing, operations, business development or partnerships at a leading restaurant brand
– Ability to build and implement joint business plans, prioritizing initiatives that will drive strategic value for the partnership
– Ability to flex your analytical skills and use data to influence decision makers and quantify opportunities
– Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
– Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
– Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to the improvement of your craft and our team’s development
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $88,000 per year – $97,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $97,500 per year – $108,250 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber’s bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
