Our structure follows the business, with dedicated lawyers and legal professionals supporting each Sector and their respective BUs/markets, along with Global Group/Corporate professionals to support certain practice areas and meet specific governance needs of PepsiCo, Inc.

In this position, you will provide analytical and coordiation support to the Global Legal Operations team, reporting to our Global Legal Operations Manager. f you have an administrative background with process management, legal operations expertise, and stkeholder engagement, you could be an ideal fit for this role!

This is a hybrid position based in Purchase, NY.

Responsibilities

Provide support on various Global Legal Operations accountabilities including:

  • E-billing platform subject matter expert; its functionality, flow of data and reporting. Manage user access and be point of contact for IT and global finance were needed.
  • Point of contact to PepsiCo EVP on US Law Department donations, including capture of requirements, first review of engagement documents/agreements and leading all necessary requirements through to completion.
  • Point of contact to PepsiCo EVP and US Legal Leads on US Pro Bono work.
  • Support the Global Legal Operations team in Legal and C&E meeting matters – pulling together agenda, preparing material and liaising with IT and Legal Event Leads where needed. On the ground support for all US meetings.
  • Lead US centric events as and when needed – pulling together agenda, preparing material and liaising with IT and Legal Event Leads where needed.
  • Lead management of US centric Law Department subscriptions, keeping payments and roster lists up-to-date.
  • Budget/invoice processing work; track spend vs. plan for US Legal Operations costs and provide Legal Operations invoicing support.

Provide assistance on Global Law Department-wide Global Legal Operations priorities, including:

  • Law Department Document Management; assist in the implementation of any proposed changes to the current Law Department Document Management platforms and processes globally.
  • Law Department Subscriptions/Licenses; assist in the implementation of any proposed changes to Law Department-wide subscriptions and licenses.
  • Law Department Operating Framework; provide input to the Global Operating Framework – Law, Compliance & Ethics and support on the implementation of the Framework workstreams led by the Global Legal Operations team.This includes: collation and input of data to support initiatives such as digital evolution, training, surveys etc.
  • Law Department Communication Strategy; assist in the implementation and coordination of the Global Legal and Compliance communication agenda

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $74,800 -$115,000 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years working experience preferably in a global or multinational organization
  • Familiar with legal operations work

Preferred Qualfications:

  • Advanced computer literacy skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience with virtual meeting set-ups (incl. webcasts)
  • Ability to deliver consistent high quality work notwithstanding a high volume workload with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, confident, with a proactive and can-do attitude and the ability to deal with all seniority levels across the organization
  • High attention to detail with consistent follow ups; total ownership of work is required
  • Strong team player with flexibility around working hours due to time zone requirements
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive in collaborating with Law Department associates and supporting functions to the Law Department
