We’re looking for energetic, savvy, and growth-minded Customer Service Coordinators at our brand new Pflugerville distribution center! This is a full-time, on-site position, and a fantastic opportunity to launch your career with a respected industry leader.
Hours: M-F, 7am – 3pm
Location: Pflugerville
Pay: Starting at $18.20/hr DOE
Requirements: 1+ year customer service experience (e.g. retail sales, hospitality, call centers, CSR, field marketing, or related roles)
AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR…
- You’ll be the friendly face of our company in handling inbound phone inquiries, assisting walk-in customers, and maintaining email correspondence.
- You’ll develop a deep knowledge of our offerings (engineered surfaces, quartz, etc.) and use it to effectively present our products, services, and features to customers.
- You’ll use your excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain lasting relationships with new and existing accounts.
- You’ll use Excel and our ERP to check inventory and ensure that requested materials are available to fulfil orders.
- You’ll use your excellent judgment, empathy, and tact in answering questions and resolving any customer concerns.
