About the Role

The Franchise Digital Marketing Manager position builds rapport and relations with clients to better serve their digital marketing needs while meeting or exceeding targeted revenue expectations. The Franchise Digital Marketing Manager is ultimately responsible for providing strategic direction, planning, and implementation of their digital marketing presence.

This position is not remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and relations with clients to better understand their digital marketing needs
  • Design a digital brand marketing strategy
  • Create a set of clear and defined expectations for both parties
  • Identify and initiate tasks for our Fulfillment department
  • Surface and rectify account issues as they arise
  • Schedule, perform, and monitor reporting to your clients
  • Be the driver of client referrals
  • Other duties as assigned or required

Required Skills

  • Excellent computer skills with the functionality of the G-Suite: Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Must physically work in the office in Murray, Utah

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of customer service experience
  • 2-5 years of phone experience
  • 2-5 years in B2B communication
  • 1-5 years of account management

Bonus Skills – Bring these to the interview and things are getting really exciting!

  • Background in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, and email marketing
  • Google Tools knowledge or certifications: (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Trends)
  • Account management or sales experience

Salary

$65,000+ DOE plus bonus and incentives
