JobSummary
Willwork and report directly with Storeroom Manager. Is responsible for sweepingand moping all storage areas along with counting all food/nonfood products.Effective in understanding organization and product rotation. Keeps a positiveattitude when assisting other such as finding products or delivering productsto others.
EssentialDuties
- Receives and inspects deliveries, Records andreports and issues & shortages
- Responsible for stocking and upkeep of the food,beverages, paper, chemicals, cleaning supplies.
- Organizes shelfs and rotates products accordingly
- Delivers products to respected areas such asrequisitioned items, mail, packages, orange juice.
- Ensures proper cleanliness, of all storerooms andstorerooms areas such as Loading dock area, Trash can area, Freezers, Coolers#2,3,5, dry storage & by the time clock.
- Count & inventory all food, paper, andchemical products based on pars
- Ensures the storeroom is kept clean andorderly.
- Assistskitchen staff as needed with cleaning, prepping, and other duties.
- Performsother related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Physicallyable to maintain storeroom inventory and cleanliness.
- Abilityto understand and follow directions.
- Abilityto work well independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to appearfor work on time and follow schedule
Work Environment
- Thisposition operates in a restaurant kitchen setting.
- Frequentexposure to cold and freezing conditions when working inside coolers andfreezers.

- Constantinteraction vendors and coworkers
- Mustbe able to work full time evening hours, some overtime, weekends, holidays andas needed.
Education and Experience
- Highschool diploma or GED preferred
- Mustcomplete all required training and food safety
Regular Work Schedule
7am to 3pm Tuesday thru Saturday ( Schedule may change pending business)
