Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.
Work shift: M-F (8 am – 5 pm); flexible
The Food Service Sales Rep (FSR) will use superior cold-calling and fact-based selling skills to generate and achieve new business targets within the Restaurant, Recreation/Retail, and Workplace Food Service channels. They will also develop Pepsi beverage presence in existing accounts through expansion of priority brands, innovation, and other Channelized initiatives. Segments of business to include: Restaurants, Recreation/Amusement, Hotels, Movie Theaters, Third Party Vending/Servery, Colleges/Universities, Education, Hospitals, Workplaces, and others.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new Food Service accounts via leads, cold-calling and other strategic selling solutions to drive Restaurant share and achieve new business growth targets
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior customer service and beverage execution
- Maximize volume and revenue in existing Food Service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods
- Create and present proposals to negotiate contracts for account renewals and new business
- Analyze Customer information using market data and internal sales data to identify and expand business opportunities
- Perform product resets across wired accounts that showcase market standards of execution
- Conduct onsite surveys to order placement of beverage equipment and ensure flawless execution of installations by working together with customers and Pepsi Equipment Services
- Work closely with the Selling Operations and Pepsi Equipment Services teams to provide overall customer satisfaction
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development, maximize brand performance, and increase distribution in all accounts
- Successful candidates will drive volume, revenue and paint the town Pepsi Blue
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 – $75,000 based on full-time schedule
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out Quarterly
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience (preferred)
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
- Effective presentation skills and communication
