Job Specifications:
- Expected Pay Range: $10.63 – $12.86 / hour + tips
- If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time
- Skill Level: Entry
Job Requirements:
- Delivering food orders to tables in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting servers with clearing and resetting tables as needed
- Ensuring that all food items are properly garnished and presented before delivery
- Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Share our passion for the mountains during service
- Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
- Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
- Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the work day
- Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary
- Desire to learn and grow
- Obtain Colorado TIPS Certification
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs
The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
