This role will act as a financial advisor and business partner for the General Counsel, CFO, and Senior Director of Corporate FP&A. In addition, this role will partner with other team members to prepare financial analysis for our key expense drivers such as compensation, licenses, contract labor, and capital. In this role, you will see diverse projects that connect financial insights to business leaders for decision making.

The salary range for this position will be $103,000- $142,300 based on location and experience.
This position will be hired in a hybrid capacity at any of our Jack Henry office locations.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Analyze data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Prepare budget and forecast for Legal department and Office of the CFO.
• Provide business insights to the Product Finance Business Partner.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• A minimum 10 years of Corporate Finance, FP&A or Finance Operations experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
What would be nice for you to have:
• Experience working in a Finance Business Partner Capacity.
• MBA and/or CPA or other related professional certification.
• Knowledge of or experience with OneStream, Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience creating special reporting, interactive dashboards, or financial modeling.
• Strong business acumen and desire to strengthen knowledge of the business/industry.
• Ability to make recommendations in order to improve efficiency of processes and procedures.
