Works on analysis, preparation, investigation and resolution of the monthly/quarterly results and variances. Maintains key financial relationships with Sales leads. Assists in the revenue forecasting process. Provides analysis and recommendations on a variety of ad hoc projects.

This position requires hybrid work at our office in Lincolnshire, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and communicate monthly/quarterly financial results for vertical(s) within North America
  • Develop annual revenue targets by region by incorporating the latest performance metrics, driver assumptions, and statistical analysis into forecast models. Partner closely with Sales Operations throughout the planning cycle to maintain close alignment with field expectations and input as required by the annual target-setting process.
  • Business Partnering support to North America Vertical Sales including revenue forecasting
  • Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve & automate the planning, forecasting & reporting processes
  • Partner with Sales Operations to engage with Senior Management on large margin challenged opportunities.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, developing financial reporting for ad-hoc projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
  • High Degree of Accuracy
  • Confident at working to deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel and database skills

Preferred:

  • Sales/Commercial Finance experience
  • Experience with SalesForce
  • Experience with a computer based accounting systems e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, ERP, Power BI

Salary: USD 64400.00 – USD 96600.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
