**THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE WORKING 2 DAYS A WEEK IN OUR WINSTON SALEM LOCATION.**
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for supporting our PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) Trade Spend business with EPM system administration.
This role serves as the business subject matter expert for Enterprise Promotion Manager (EPM) for the Competitive Defense National Foodservice payment team. EPM is the Contract Payment sub-ledger and payment system used to reconcile contractual payments on national foodservice accounts. This role is responsible for
- Facilitating and/or executing periodic system maintenance activities
- Approving EPM system access and conducting quarterly access reviews
- Publishing weekly/periodic reports
- Assist front end users with system related questions and create IT tickets as needed
- Contribute to internal process improvements by developing deep understanding of Trade Spend processes and data
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant business experience and practical exposure in: problem solving, root cause analysis, and/or summarizing and interpretation of data
- Service oriented with ability to manage the day to day and periodic time-sensitive problem solving
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of general accounting and accrual transactions
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Applications with an extremely high level of proficiency
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work with minimal direction
- Ability to learn new technology concepts quickly with attention to detail
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- SAP and/or Excel experience a plus
- Self-motivated and is results oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills with ability to work cross functionally with people at multiple levels in Sales, Finance, Control, Retail, Trade and IT
- Curiosity for learning, critical thinking and able to interpret trends in data and share insights
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $68,000 – $ 113,850 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
