This role will be an integral project team member supporting key projects supporting GBS Control Winston-Salem Order to Cash. This role will assist with project management including project planning, tracking, reporting.
As the Project Sr. Analyst, you will have responsibility for project support and implementation, including day to day planning and tracking of deliverables. You will work across teams and stakeholders to coordinate project activities and process documentation to ensure a successful project implementation and on-going sustainability of the associated work.
Responsibilities
- Support NASS Order to Cash projects and initiatives by applying appropriate PM methodologies and agile frameworks to plan, execute and track accordingly. Enable collaboration across multi-dimensional teams, encouraging agile practices and continuous learning.
- Effectively use PM tools to facilitate project tracking, knowledge management and collaborative knowledge sharing between project teams, capturing and disseminating lessons learned.
- Perform research, analysis, and synthesis for core processes across NASS Order to Cash
- Build process documentation to support knowledge transfer and stabilization of project work.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in analysis, transformation or project management roles for any function.
- 3+ years of process documentation and process improvement experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Power Point and Excel, and experience working with other Microsoft Tools such as SharePoint, Teams and OneNote
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders

- PMP certification
- Clear thinker, organized and structured with strong attention to details
- Self-starter capable of delivering against evolving priorities within a complex, fast paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $68,000 -$113,850 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
