Job Description
Reporting to our Chief Talent Officer, you will be a member of a fast-paced, experienced talent acquisition team that is responsible for recruiting entry-level to senior management positions across all functional areas and locations of the company. Specifically, you will be responsible for recruiting hourly and salaried employees at our 230+ retail Cash Store locations in multiple states. This is a great opportunity for a talented person to broaden her/his recruiting skill set in multi-state, multi-location field recruiting. As a Field Recruiter (aka Talent Acquisition Manager), you will have the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, working remote from your home office in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and on-site at our Administrative Office (HQ) in Irving (Las Colinas), TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the front end (sourcing, recruiting) of the recruitment life cycle for field openings
- Recruit for Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Managers across multiple locations in multiple states
- Primary role will be to source new (passive) candidates that have not already applied for the job via a job posting
- Secondary role will be to push job board (active) applicants, who have not completed the entire application, to finish
- Work with Chief Talent Officer and VP Operations in the development of search strategies that target qualified passive and active candidates and reduce time-to-fill
- Build lists of target companies, position titles, and candidates for multiple locations
- Source candidates using a variety of methods, including database mining, internet/web searches, social media, industry groups, functional groups, networks, and employee referrals to create a continuous pipeline of “hirable” candidates
- Identify methods to reduce hiring time (time-to-fill)
- Contact candidates via InMail, email, phone, text, and other mediums
- Maintain accurate database of candidates, with detailed notes, in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter projects
- Track your recruitment analytics via weekly reports
- Ensure recruitment compliance with Talent Acquisition’s policies & procedures
- Ensure EEO compliance with Cottonwood’s Human Resources Policy Manual
- Become the subject matter expert on field recruiting in the company
- Other duties as assigned by the Chief Talent Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of multi-location or high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed Resume Database
- Ability to follow established recruitment policies and procedures, and think outside of the box to improve them
- Detail oriented with a sense of urgency
- Organized with the ability to multi-task on a large workload
- Flexibility to pivot quickly with changing priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Positive, upbeat, and thick skinned
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Local (Dallas/Fort Worth area) candidates only – no relocation
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and not require sponsorship in the future
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-state, multi-location retail industry recruiting
- Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS)
Compensation
- Starting annual salary of up to $80,000
Workplace
- Flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, currently working remote 3 days a week from your home office in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and on-site 2 days a week at our Administrative Office (HQ) in Irving (Las Colinas), TX
