Potential Annual Compensation: $125-$175k

Job Summary:
It is the responsibility of this position to produce additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new- and used-vehicle customers.

Responsibilities:
- Arrange Financing / Lease options for our customers; prepare and review all necessary paperwork with customer upon delivery.
- Offer various products to our customers that will enhance their ownership experience
- Must be skilled at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
- Fully knowledgeable with PA & NJ motor vehicle processes.
- Obtain and maintain excellent relationship with lending institutions.
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
- Accurately desk deals; submit deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions and be a “true” closer.
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with Local, State and Federal Rules and Regulations.
- Maintains a professional appearance along with a neat and clean work area.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Two (2) years related experience and/or training in Finance & Insurance Management preferred.
- State Sales License and Valid Driver’s License
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Related experience in Automotive Dealership preferred
- Excellent verbal/written, interpersonal and customer communication skills.
