The F-15 Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) organization is seeking a Data Management team member. This role requires effective interaction with; external customers, sub-contractors, engineering teams and other disciplines. Responsibilities will include the scheduling, coordination, receipt, submittal, handling and status reporting of contractual data deliverables as well as working in accordance with data handling compliance requirements.

The Boeing Defense, Space and Security division is seeking a Product Data Management Specialist in Berkeley, MO.

Job Description:

  • Manage subcontract supplier data requirements, deliverable and non-deliverable data, data schedules, and data submittals.
  • Process Supplier data submittals.
  • Capable of running Product Data Management (PDM) system metrics with regards to planned and delivered data.
  • Understand requirements for Export Markings.
  • Ability to understand the protection of Proprietary Data for Boeing and our Suppliers.
  • Assists in providing Configuration Management including coordinating changes and performing assessments of compliance.
  • Assists with training internal and external users of the Product Data Management (PDM) system as required.
  • Contributes to the development, documentation, implementation and consultation for the application of engineering tools, processes and standards.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Berkeley, MO. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 Years of experience using Microsoft (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) tools.
  • Bachelors degree and/or 3 years of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Data Management work experience
  • Experience with contracts and documentation
  • Familiarity with intellectual property handling requirements

Typical Educations and Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
