We are looking to add a Product Owner to support the regional development of the SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management / Integration business capabilities. You will influence the strategy and drive additions to the product roadmaps incorporating digital, automation, analytics, and innovation to ensure maximum business value. You will manage the regional development as part of the global product team. You will work with various functional leaders within North America to shape their strategies with regards to product adoption, building new capabilities, or bettering the user experience. In this role, you will also work hand in hand with the Global Supply Chain Product Owners to share best practices and ensure alignment to the global product vision and roadmap while in close collaboration with the Architects and the Business Stakeholders / receivers.

  • Responsible for understanding gaps, ensuring the ROI (Return on Investment) and once agreed, working as part of the product organization in collaboration with your receivers to deliver solutions.
  • Work with Functional and IT Leaders to develop their product roadmaps and consolidate into a broader / integrated North America product roadmap.
  • Owns the user stories in the overall product backlog according to area(s) of responsibility and is accountable for the prioritization and the overall delivery of the Product Lifecycle according to business expectations and commitments.
  • Act as the regional voice back to the global IT Product Manager as well as advocates for the product within the North America, working to bridge any gaps.
  • Take ownership of product and process pain points, then help drive to resolution (while in alignment with global Product Managers)
  • Meet regularly with each IT functional stream and Functional Relationship Managers to ensure they understand value of the products and look for additional opportunities.
  • Perform Quarterly “NA State of the Union” for your products.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years’ experience working within Supply Chain (IT or Business)
  • 2+ years of experience working with and having functional knowledge of SAP (i.e. end to end process or integration)
  • 2+ years of experience in a product owner or product management role and capability of creating and guiding a product roadmap

OTHER

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product or equivalent experience preferred
  • Functional knowledge of SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working with third party vendors preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $123,527.00 to $145,576.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
