As a Product Owner in our Analytics, Data and Integration team, you will help build our internal capabilities and accelerate Nestlé’s capability in Commercial Analytics and Marketing Science (CAMS) within North America. Utilizing your deep understanding of how analytics is used to power everyday business decisions, you will help lead development of the CAMS product proposition, as well as ensure success of the product roadmap to enable business decisions that lead to incremental growth for North America. You will work closely with relevant teams across different hubs and liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders, all the while adhering to established Nestle Project Management methodologies.
- Maximize the value of the global product(s) and ensure these are brought to life in North America
- Scope projects within the North America CAMS domain: timeline, quality, budget, and stakeholder acceptance criteria
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with customer needs, maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure alignment with product roadmap
- Establish the governance and communication plan, ensuring appropriate levels of engagement with North America stakeholders
- Identify internal and external resource needs and manage assigned resources
- Manage roles and responsibilities and the day-to-day activities of cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to the project plan
- Manage supplier relationships (support contract management, cultivate relationships and manage risk and issues)
- Identify risks and propose mitigating actions
- Raise and resolve project issues
- Track the key performance indicators for each project and consolidate program level reporting; produce timely, detailed summaries and high-level reports
- Take ownership of North America priority pain points and drive their resolution (in alignment with Global Product Managers)
REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Science or similar
- 5+ years of experience working in advanced analytics with a focus on one or more of the following: revenue growth management, marketing mix modelling, attribution, dynamic pricing optimization
- 2+ years of experience driving marketing or eBusiness strategies
- 1+ years of experience using analytics to power business decisions
OTHER
- Experience in CPG business/industry
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
The approximate pay range for this position is $123,527.00 to $145,576.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
