Requirements
Summary
Provides comprehensive administrative and professional support to the hospital Administrator as well as assistance to other members of the leadership team. Responsible for a high volume of administrative tasks and assisting with the organization’s daily responsibilities. These tasks include managing confidential information, scheduling coordination, creating and maintaining organizational systems, handling travel, and meeting logistics. Coordination of all Board of Directors activities and acts as liaison between the medical staff, nursing staff and administration within the parameters established by the administrator.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is primarily performed in an office setting and is considered sedentary work. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally. Requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Requires normal/corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires good manual and finger dexterity to operate computers, phones, and handle documents. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
