General Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant supports executives in staff capacity by handling a wide variety of situations involving the administrative functions of the office that cannot be brought to the attention of the executive.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred

Contract Days/Work Schedule
This position will follow the annual school calendar. Employees filling this role work 260 days each year (52 weeks).

Compensation
This position is part of the J pay band on the salary schedule. Entry level pay is $60,000. Base pay increases for longevity are built into the administrator salary schedule.
Administrative Salary Schedule
Administrators also have the ability to earn additional compensation for educational attainments that exceed the requirements of their position such as advancing their degree, license, or completing additional graduate credit hours beyond a master’s degree.
