Our newly-formed Enterprise IT and Security Risk Management team is seeking a manager to oversee the development, implementation, and continued operations of the Technology and Security Risk Management function. As an Enterprise Technology and Information Security Risk Manager, you will be responsible for continuing to mature the Information Security Risk Assessment (ISRA) and developing Technology, Security, and Enterprise Resiliency governance models to proactively assess JH’s risk posture. You will work closely with our enterprise risk office, cyber security, and IT teams. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven leader with solid knowledge in Information Security, Technology, and Risk Management. This position will be filled to work at any Jack Henry office or Remotely within the U.S.
The target salary range for this position is $100,000 – $150,000, based on location and experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Work closely with operations staff, IT management and information security teams.
• Manage a team of risk professionals supporting EGRC to create standards and execute the enterprise technology and information security risk management framework/program.
• Demonstrate working knowledge in any of the following: Networks and Network Security, Identity & Access Management, Data Management, Incident Management and Threat & Vulnerability Management.
• Oversee the process and risk owners in the first line to ensure technology risk issues (cyber risks, data risks, IT services risks, infrastructure risks, e.g.) are identified and risks are mitigated according to prescribed policies and programs.
• Evaluate internal controls and documentation to ensure adherence to regulations and internal processes.
• Ensure that the Information Security and Information Technology team develops and maintains reporting of key risk indicator metrics that provide early warning indicators of impending risks.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise operations, risk management, information security, and/or compliance.
• Experience as manager, supervisor, team lead, and/or mentor.
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
What would be nice for you to have:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working in a heavily regulated industry (e.g. banking, healthcare, insurance, government/defense).
• Experience with NIST frameworks and/or CIS benchmarks.
• Experience with RSA Archer, Lynx, and/or ServiceNow.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise risk management programs.
