Enterprise Sales Large Account Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Large Account Business Development Manager. In this role, you will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base by establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers.

As an Enterprise Sales Large Account Business Development Manager, you can work with a wide range of industry-leading companies, leveraging your exceptional sales skills and business acumen to drive success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Identify and target large enterprise accounts with the potential for significant business growth and revenue generation.

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate and expand market share within assigned accounts.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels of the organization.

Understand customer needs, business objectives, and challenges to position our products and solutions as a value-add proposition effectively.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target accounts to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address customer requirements.

Lead and execute all sales process stages, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.

Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.

Provide management with accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and other sales-related reports.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our offerings in the market effectively.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance in enterprise software, technology, or a related industry, specifically in large account business development.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, business development strategies, and solution-selling approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with C-suite executives and senior-level decision-makers.
  • Must have industry knowledge of Cisco, ARISTA, HP, Palo Alto Networks, and Juniper product portfolios
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings and industry events.

Minimum Salary: $304,000.00

Maximum Salary:$437,000.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $304,000.00 and $437,000.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
