Overview
The Enterprise Southern California Accounting Team has an opening for a General Office Coordinator. This person will be responsible for a wide array of administrative duties. These duties provide administrative support for the back-end functions of the Accounting and Accounts Payable teams.
** Apart from religious observances, must be available to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week between Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
This posiiton is located at our Group office in Orange California.
** The compensation forthis position is $18.00/hour.
Responsibilities
- Manage general Accounts Payable email Inbox
- Scan and review invoices for the Group maintenance payables system
- Compile all deposits for the Accounting department
- Field phone calls and emails from vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements monthly
- Manage the filing and archiving of documents throughout the year
- Distribution of incoming department mail and sorting maintenance invoices
- Develop procedures for new department functions

Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of office and/or clerical work experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
