About the Role
Uber Eats is seeking an associate partner manager to work with our enterprise level partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enjoys working as part of a team, being customer obsessed, and has a process-driven approach with a go-getter demeanor. You will be responsible for being the voice of the restaurants within the organization to ensure the business is looking out for the restaurant partner.
What You’ll Do
– Own outcomes. Work with our enterprise partner managers to complete Uber’s highest priority initiatives
– Assist with expansions, rollouts, and new partner initiatives to drive growth with Uber enterprise brands
– Act as the partner’s point of contact handling inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing solutions in a timely manner
– Be proactive. This role will require the ability to think on your feet and work hard through fire drill situations
– Partner internally to efficiently activate new Enterprise locations and re-engage churned locations
– Sell and upsell to net-new and existing franchisees with existing corporate agreements
– Use internal systems to analyze data for client meetings and milestones
– Own build client presentations for business reviews and pitches
Basic Qualifications
– At least 2 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions
Preferred Qualification
– Knowledge of CRM like Salesforce + Excel/Google Sheets
– Proficiency in SQL is a plus
– Experience leading cross-functional projects to improve customer experience
– Strong attention to detail, organized, and analytical; with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
– Eye for business with a problem-solving attitude
– Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
– Highly creative; passion to change and revolutionize the delivery industry
– Familiarity with the restaurant industry and 3rd party delivery
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $63,000 per year – $70,000 per year.
