The Role
Frank & Eileen is seeking an inquisitive and passionate Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The role will be responsible for working cross-functionally with our marketing team, internal creative team, and site merchandising team to enhance and execute all email and SMS marketing efforts. This person will be responsible for building, QA’ing, scheduling, and deploying all email/SMS sends while optimizing and expanding existing email/SMS programs. Exceptional attention to detail, along with enthusiasm and curiosity about email and SMS marketing are required to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities
- Build, QA, schedule and deploy all email/SMS for campaigns and flows
- Work with the marketing, design, copy, and site merchandising teams to maintain an email/SMS calendar for planned sends
- In Partnership with the Sr. Retention Marketing Manager, complete all email/SMS send briefs, including objectives, messaging, design considerations, imagery needs, product inclusion, testing and sending strategies, and list segmentation
- Partner with the ecommerce merchandising assistant on link out strategy; ensure communication is provided as to collection pages that are needed and any merchandising required ahead of any sends
- Create and maintain list segmentation based on customer behavior to be layered onto campaigns
- Set up all A/B testing in collaboration with the Sr. Retention Marketing Manager
- Collaborate with creative team on new email banners needed or other new concepts; brief the team on needs and work to identify optimization in every email and flow
- Brief new flows as needed, in collaboration with the Sr. Retention Marketing Manager, work with the creative team to get them designed and approved, build, QA and test
- Work with our Wholesale team to support them with B2B marketing needs
- Weekly reporting on email performance; identify trends and react accordingly
- Stay up to date with email trends and identify opportunities for F&E to explore
- Ensure that campaign content aligns with F&E values as a proud B Corp wherever possible, identifying opportunities to highlight our sustainability & impact commitments, and our Giving Pledge.
- Track and report engagement with social mission focused content and set goals to optimize campaigns and increase engagement over time.
Who you are
- Passionate about Frank & Eileen and our mission.
- Experience or passion for fashion and retail/ecommerce.
- 1+ years of relevant email marketing experience (Klaviyo and Attentive experience a plus)
- Resilient – comfortable and confident with ambiguity and autonomy.

Salary Range:
- $64,480 to $70,000
