Overview
Enterprise Holdings has an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Technician. The used car Automotive Technician performs automotive repairs, and preventive maintenance services according to company policy and procedures. The used car Technician has a general knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair, own your own tools and is responsible for performing diagnoses and repairs in all areas. This position is for our pre-Owned reconditioning center located in Overland, MO. The job comprises of completing stringent Certification inspections on units selected for our Car Sales division. Prior experience in used car reconditioning is a plus.

This position is full time (40 hours/week) between Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm (and some Saturdays – schedule is subject to change)
Compensation for this position is up to $36.00 / hour, starting at $32 / hour (4 ASE’s Minimum)
**additional compensation/hour for multiple current ASE’s above the 4 minimum certifications

Responsibilities
- Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
- Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Perform certification inspections
- Perform Missouri safety and emission inspections (willing to obtain)
- Maintain safe and clean work area.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have the ability to lift, carry, push or pull a variety of tools, equipment and materials; and balance, stoop, kneel and crouch (medium duty labor)

Qualifications
- 2 years of mechanical experience OEM training/Certification OR 4 current and valid ASE certifications required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
- A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
