Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Operations Supplier Integrator (Level 4) to support a new role for the Dreamlifter Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.
Dreamlifter Operations is seeking a candidate who will act as supplier manager overseeing the development of processes and procedures for recurring and non-recurring contracts that facilitate the operations underwing function of the Dreamlifter, including: ground operations, training, safety and unique ground equipment maintenance. The primary role of this candidate will be providing contract oversight and administration. The candidate will be expected to track and report out on the supplier’s performance to plan. Additional, processing invoices tracking progress to budgets as well as evaluating and rating the supplier on a quarterly basis. The candidate will review and evaluate the supplier’s safety plans, they will participate in incident and accident investigation and review, providing feedback and input on root cause and corrective action. Candidate must be skilled in creating and integrating organizational checklists that follows Boeing and supplier transport regulations. Introduce and inspire engineering and operational solutions that drive innovation into each opportunity.
The successful candidate will have oversight of operational execution of high-value contracts for a variety of products and services. The candidate will be capable of leading, coordinating and developing baseline support concepts and challenge inconsistencies in the day to day operation. They will be required to support and oversee wellness inspection activity to ensure supplier compliance and have experience in underwing operations. They will lead long term initiatives for our specialized support equipment, part and system obsolescence, while supporting unique fleet maintenance activity. Additionally, the candidate will have experience in the development of long-range business planning; including budgeting. The candidate will contribute heavily to the daily cadence with all internal and external collaborators to ensure operational success.
The candidate must be willing to respond to worldwide emergent requirements and be able to work with a diverse team and in an environment that supports flexible work schedules. While the candidate does spend a significant amount of time in support of site-specific daily work, they will also support various program activities, such as in the development of plans, schedules, and other specialized operational protocols that may apply to the program at large. Furthermore, they will be supporting Dreamlifter activity at our 5 main operating locations and will be required to travel up to 20% of the time.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
- Create, document and implement the operational training plans for Dreamlifter professionals and dozens of indirect staff located around the world.
- Safety leader for Dreamlifter Special Operations (Investigations, safety policy, process, etc.)
- Frequent interaction with direct Dreamlifter leadership, including reporting on operations and financial management
- Relationship owner for operations-related activities and dozens of functions that support Dreamlifter internal to Boeing
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience working with cross functional teams
- 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives
- 5+ years of experience developing training or training others on a process or skill
- 5+ years of experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions
- 5+ years of experience with airline or specialized under wing services
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- 10+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Complex Problem Solving, Forecasting, Financial Analysis
- 10+ years of experience with cargo or airline operation services
- 10+ years of experience with Procurement and Supply Chain Processes
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
