Job Overview:
Document Control Clerk provides various levels of support for the Quality Assurance Department, including scanning and electronic filing of records, document revision control, labeling and packaging of product, and maintaining adequate levels of supplies in the inspection and packaging areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Create product labels and prepare flat-packs for shipment.
- Ensure correctness of product labels.
- Scanning and indexing of some completed process routers, and all other quality records in Dokme as needed.
- Responsible for release of new EWOK (engineering work order kit) in UniPoint.
- Maintain document revision control utilizing UniPoint.
- Process ECR’s and DAR’s (document action requests) in UniPoint.
- Create PSDS from customer specifications.
- Data extrapolation including yield analysis entrees.
- Ship product and ensure all documentation required by customer, including issue of Certificate of Compliance, is included in shipments

Knowles is committed to providing a competitive and fair total compensation package for all employees.
One element in our total compensation package is base pay. The starting hourly pay for this role is targeted to be between $17.00 – $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to previous experience and skills acquired prior to joining Knowles, cost of living in the assigned work location, assigned schedule, and salaries of similarly situated peers at the company.
