What you’ll do …
The Director of Outlets is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of restaurants and bars. The goal is maximizing food and beverage revenue; selecting, training, and developing team members; establishing and maintaining quality product and service levels while maximizing profits; forecasting and budgeting. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards and liquor laws. Keeps high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and insure outstanding customer service.
What you need…
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
-4+ Years of experience in food and beverage leadership required, multiple outlets and hotels preferred.
-Negotiation skills and financial acumen required. You need to be able to interpret financial and operational data and turn it into an operational plan!
-Ability to lead and direct a team required.
-Days fly by! Time management skills are a must in this industry.
-We are not all talk, but you need to know how to do it! Able to effectively communicate with the team and guests is a must.
-Our guests are always a top priority! You must be able to work longer hours, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
