Director, Data and Analytics Program Manager

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 5+ years of prior work experience as a Program Manager or similar roles.
  • Leverage strong storytelling skills and PowerPoint proficiency to articulate strategic vision, translate complex meeting discussions into clear, concise meeting notes, and to create informative and insightful presentations.
  • Passion and curiosity to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data and analytics, evaluate their potential to drive business value, and present these insights to senior management, host and facilitate events to educate broad range of associates and drive data and analytics adoption across business.
  • Establish and facilitate multiple committees, ensuring their efficient operation and adherence to best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the team’s performance through skills development, process improvements, and effective use of technology stack.
  • Collaborate with other teams across the firm, promoting synergy and the exchange of best practices.
  • Oversee and track the data and analytics use case portfolio, monitoring its value impact on the business.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with specific strengths in communicating with senior leaders
  • Strong attention to detail as well as effective time management abilities
  • Experienced individual with a solid ability to work across an organization with the executive leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think through problems, assess a variety of factors and recommend solutions
  • Demonstrated self-starter that is comfortable working in an independent environment

$130,000 – $218,000 per year
