Responsibilities:
- Manages, and enforces policy, procedures, and controls around client scorecarding, tradefund system management, data reporting and analytics.
- Interact with Sales and COE teams to review areas of opportunity to apply team resources.
- Identify important projects that can assist clients or customers and assume responsibility for the completion of those projects.
- Seek out revenue opportunities, build a presentation to pitch opportunity and close billable opportunities.
- Provides leadership and guidance to client scorecarding, tradefund system management, data reporting, and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 8+ Years of experience
- PMP Certified
- Six Sigma
- Demonstrated Ability to Provide Cross-Functional Leadership
- Ability to Develop Strategic Plans to Grow Business
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
The salary range for this role is $95,000-$135,000

Position Summary
The Director COE is responsible for defining and executing the deliverables and dashboards that relate to client scorecarding, tradefund system management, data reporting and analytics. Identify and translate market opportunities into actionable recommendations to achieve individual, team and company revenue profit targets. This role will support the Sales Team to maximize value to clients.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Data Solutions
- Manages, and enforces policy, procedures, and controls around client scorecarding, tradefund system management, data reporting and analytics.
- Eliminate work-stream duplication
- Leverages functional expertise to improve product quality
- Allows for “best practice “sharing and drives consistency
- Establishes a platform to integrate new work
Project Management
- Interact with Sales and COE teams to review areas of opportunity to apply team resources
- Assist on-site resources with supporting retailers assortment and planogram review processes
- Maintain project schedule and track time spent on projects
Development and Maintenance
- Identify important projects that can assist clients or customers and assume responsibility for completion of those projects
Business Development
- Seek out revenue opportunities, build presentation to pitch opportunity and close billable opportunities
- Manage relationships with existing clients and customers to maintain existing revenue stream and facilitate new opportunities
Associate Development
- Provides leadership and guidance to client scorecarding, tradefund system management, data reporting and analytics.
- Oversees the design and execution of the Company and partner led training platforms and programs to develop the analytical capabilities of associates
- Provides training and support to COE Team
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct Reports
– Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources
Indirect Reports
– May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Travel and/or Driving Requirements
– Travel is an essential duty and function of this job. Driving is not an essential duty or function of this job.
– Travel up to 15%
Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Degree Program/Major (e.g. Marketing, Business Administration or related field)
