The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate leads. Your expertise in social media platforms and content creation will be crucial in developing compelling and engaging content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence. - Craft and Implement Dynamic Digital Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of a robust digital marketing strategy, integrating website design, marketing automation, digital advertising, and social media channels to enhance our brand’s presence and engagement.
- Develop Comprehensive Social Media Strategies: Design and execute all-encompassing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility and promote audience engagement.
- Strategically Allocate and Manage Budget: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing resources for high-impact campaigns and maximum ROI.
- Launch and Manage Impactful SEO/SEM and Digital Ad Campaigns: Initiate, monitor, and refine high-performing SEO/SEM strategies and digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram, aligning them with broader business objectives.
- Maintain Vendor and Agency Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and advertising agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and website design and maintenance.
- Orchestrate Website Design and Maintenance: Oversee the redesign and ongoing maintenance of our website, whether through personal effort or by managing vendor relationships, to ensure it offers a compelling, user-friendly experience that reflects our brand ethos and meets customer needs.
- Spearhead Social Media Engagement Initiatives: Implement an engaging social media strategy that increases brand visibility, drives web traffic, and fosters active community interaction.
- Guard and Enhance Online Reputation: Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback, fostering positive relationships with our audience and maintaining a strong, favorable public image.
- Analyze and Leverage Digital Data: Use analytical skills to interpret digital marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic trends, to inform and refine future marketing strategies for sustained growth.
- Stay Ahead of Digital Trends: Regularly update knowledge of emerging digital media trends, ensuring our marketing approach remains innovative and competitive.
- Drive Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at customer engagement and retention, overseeing content creation, distribution schedules, and subscriber list management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, internal controls, policies, and procedures. Participate in the development and implementation of best practices for regulatory compliance, ensuring the proper communication and training are occurring within the department.
- Tribal Development and Indian Preference: Place a strong emphasis on the development and advancement of Tribal members, ensuring opportunities for mentorship, training, and professional growth.
- Create and/or support pathways for employment, development, and progression of Tribal members within the Marketing department while ensuring the proper application of Indian Preference policies and procedures for hiring and employment, in accordance with Tribal regulations and applicable laws.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. An additional four (4) years of
experience may be considered in lieu of education. - Five (5) years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record of designing and
implementing successful digital marketing campaigns. - Three (3) years of senior/managerial experience, leading the creation and execution of digital marketing
strategies

WHAT TO EXPECT
- Availability – Ability to work 40+ hours per week, holidays, weekends, and nights.
- Physical – Ability to maneuver in all areas of the casino, ascent/descent from stairs, frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and/or prolonged periods of time focusing on tasks. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. May regularly need to lift/ move, push, or pull up material or boxes necessary to the job function, with or without assistance.
- Environment – Exposure to environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) while working and traversing on the gaming floor.
