Digital Communication Solution Specialist

What Will Be Your Purpose

As the Digital Communication Solution Specialist, you will develop, implement, maintain and monitor digital communications solutions for Enterprise Communications on behalf of Florida Blue. SharePoint solutions to include SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 365, and open source social platforms. Other solutions include the GuideWell Insider news site, Teams expansion, and the enterprise content management site platform. You will also provide technical support for hybrid meetings and events.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop, monitor and maintain SharePoint team sites for Enterprise Communications and the Sales Resource Center (SRC).
    • Design web architecture
    • Research, evaluate, implement and manage end-to-end operational processes
    • Utilize analytics to develop system improvements
    • Develop business requirements and system specifications
    • Design and configure workflows
    • Develop testing plans
    • Manage site security
    • Audit and validate test results
    • Liaison to IT
  • Manage administrative functions with GuideWell Insider platform, to include user groups, templates and issues related to the user data file. Provide back up support for publishing content.
  • Create and distribute communication templates for sales channels on various digital email platforms. Monitor receipt of new assets for current campaigns and track any missing and/or needed assets.
  • Assist with planning and technical aspects of executive meetings including Officers Meetings, Enterprise Leadership Meetings, and other live events managed by EC, working with IT as needed to produce professional quality meetings. Consult with cross-functional teams and internal users regarding the exact audio-visual requirements for events, including live-streaming. Support planning and execution of events of various sizes.
  • Evaluate and recommend opportunities for implementing digital solutions through technology-based platforms including SharePoint, Nintex, and other available open source platforms.

What You Must Have

  • 5+ years related work experience:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Tool Suite, including forms

Knowledge and understanding of technical systems/workflows and documentation

Familiar with jQuery, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages

Knowledge of Agile Development Environment

Knowledge of quality assurance, system and user acceptance testing

Understanding and ability to create and use Nintex operational and process flows

Ability to assess needs and suggest solutions using existing technology as well as new technology

Familiarity with email marketing, web-based communications, social media and other electronic/emerging technologies

  • Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience

Annualized Salary Range: $78,800 – $128,100

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $78,800 – $98,500

Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
