Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the process of implementing changes to our organization’s systems, processes, and policies. The Digital Change Manager will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that change initiatives are successfully planned, executed, and communicated to all affected parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and drive change management plans that minimize internal and external customer resistance and maximize engagement and adoption.
  • Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop communication strategies, training plans, and support materials for all impacted stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with digital initiative teams to integrate change management activities into initiative plans.
  • Bridge digital team initiative roadmaps and plans to manage business team participation in the initiative in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Develop a process to track and measure the success of change initiatives and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate stakeholder engagement throughout the change process.
  • Actively participate in Bio-Techne’s agile journey to create change management and adoption plans to ensure that the evolution of agile is successful.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing change management plans, experience in ERP or website migrations preferred.
  • Experience in facilitating stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the change process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead and coach others.
