ABOUT THE JOB:
In this position, you will be responsible for creating and launching a variety of industry-specific campaigns. You will be in charge of analyzing the successes of each initiative and report findings to the team and leadership. These campaigns should be cross-channel, dynamically planned, and well thought out.
You will work closely with the marketing team to create copy, assets & templates (message headlines, email body, landing pages, imagery, etc) in line with campaign objectives.
Our ideal candidate is both analytical and creative with years of experience in developing full-scale campaigns. This person should have an entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Minimum 5 years in marketing with a specialty in building campaigns
- Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience
- A proven track record of success
- A deep understanding of data analysis and using it to guide new campaigns
- This role requires a high level of organization and an ability to multitask as well as prioritize and adhere to tight deadlines
- Must be able to not only innovate new ideas but also be detail-oriented enough to follow through with them
- Can keep a level head when coming up against obstacles or tight deadlines
- A brainstorming powerhouse that can add value to marketing projects
- Has great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Is able to work effectively with a manager based in a remote office
Within 3 months you will:
- Have a solid understanding of the product and its value proposition
- A firm grasp on our target market and industries
- Have built a collaborative relationship with sales and product departments
- Outline an action plan for our campaign strategies
Within 6 months you will:
- Launch test campaigns to determine the correct direction for further strategies
- Analyze and report to the team campaign performances
- Leverage lead nurturing programs to inform, entertain & delight the audience
- Utilize Salesforce and analytics dashboard to continuously improve campaigns
- Begin to build highly targeted Tier 1 ABM campaigns
Within 12 months you will:
- Have built high-performing and well-tested campaigns
- Turn our campaigns into lead generating machines
- Have built a “best practices” for our campaigns based on our learnings of what is and is not working

COMPENSATION:
A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role is $85,000-92,000 annually, plus an additional 10% in commissions, depending on relevant experience.
