- Maintains an organization’s computer systems’ workflows and is responsible for the upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, including fixing network issues along with updating equipment and software.
- Creates and administers profiles and accounts and maintains systems documentation.
- Tunes system performance for optimal conditions. Installs system-wide software.
- Responsible for data collection, normalization, and visualization activities associated with Network and UC performance, cost, location, system warranty, and ticket data.
- Performs data queries using monitoring systems and custom queries in a variety of programming languages (C#, SQL, Java, Python, and/or R).
- Oversees data ingesting into enterprise data mining solutions, and generates visualization and dashboards suited to the purpose of the data query.
Qualifications: Demonstrate experience utilizing Splunk ITSI, and Tableau data mining solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics or Data Science and 7 years data analysis experience.
Certification Requirement: DoD8570 IAT II, Splunk IT Service Intelligence
Desired Qualifications: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience
Security Clearance: Must have a TS/SCI Clearance and the ability to obtain required Polygraph

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $120,000 – $180,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
