Team Leader:
Responsible for training assessors/canvassing employees, developing effective canvassing strategies, and ensuring that individual goals are maintained for assigned areas.
Pay is top of the industry:
The average Team Leader makes $7000/month, with the top producers hitting $12,000-16,000+ a month.
This position reports to the Regional Team Leader.
- This position is often referred to as the “Field General”
- Supervises daily lead generation activities for all door to door assessors in assigned territory.
- Oversees all field trainings and assessor development
- Overlooks performance of assigned assessors through detailed metrics.
- In field training with assessors everyday
- Partners with Assessors to deliver top notch customer interactions.
- Assists in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new lead generation teams.
- Work with Talent Acquisition to establish local criteria for continued team development and growth.
- Daily in person and virtual training/mentoring to Lead Generations teams
- Arrange in person and virtual meetings to review company updates and training.
- Fosters a positive working environment for all assessors and training programs.
- Establishes training and goals for your canvassing teams.

- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Solar Sales/Door to Door/Canvassing

- Previous canvassing experience required.
