Job description
We are currently hiring for a Medical Call Center Representative! Duties will consist of Reviewing EOBs, answering customer billing questions, setting up payment plans, and other duties as assigned. Seeking a driven candidate who is interested in a fast-paced environment!
Pay Rate: $20+ / hour
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Hours:
Hybrid work schedule.
Monday – Friday from 8am – 4:30pm.
Requirements:
- MUST have experience reviewing EOBS
- Previous call center experience
- Previous Collections or Medical Biller experience preferred
