At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Specialist, a position that is vital to our company’s success. You will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through compassion and by applying the problem-solving skills developed during our three weeks of paid training. This role provides you the opportunity to build and use your strong communication abilities and expand your career by learning about the business.

This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office.
Available full-time shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Mandatory extra hours as required based on business needs.
Compensation: $15.50 / hour
Next available start dates:
- Monday, September 11
- Monday, October 2
Training: You would attend 3 weeks of Customer Care training from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- Providing superior customer service over the phone to assist customers with questions or concerns around orders they’ve placed online, shipment tracking, product availability, etc.
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
- Efficiently entering customer information and conversation notes into the order management system
- Providing customer service to our Foot Locker Retail Store Associates as they place orders for their customers
Qualifications
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
