INITIAL ASSIGNMENT: Goffstown High School
HOURS TO BE WORKED: 20hrs/week, 4 hrs/day, 5 days/week, 256 days year
SHIFT: 2nd Shift, 3:00PM -7:00PM
RANGE OF PAY: $14.89 to $21.04, depending on experience
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Custodial experience preferred
- Any staff member who refers an applicant to fill a vacant and posted Custodial role will receive a referral bonus of $500 if the candidate is hired and successfully completes 6 months of employment. The referral bonus will be paid the first payroll following the completion of 6 months of employment.
- Custodial candidates who apply after the effective date of this agreement and who successfully complete 6 months of employment shall be paid a sign on bonus in the amount of $1,000. The sign on bonus will be paid the first payroll following the completion of 6 months of employment
