We currently have a part-time opportunity for a Custodian Assistant. This position works an average of 11 hours per week, mainly on Wednesday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays with one weekend off per month (additional hours may be available during the week).
Our Custodial Team is responsible for setup and clean up in a variety of contexts and ultimately has the job of “making every space clean and inviting.”
Applicant Requirements:
- Age 18 or above.
- Willing to model Biblical priorities and core values of C3.
- Successful completion of a C3-initiated background check.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with ease.
- Ability to work independently.
- Healthy physical condition, capable of being on your feet moving furniture for the entire shift.
- Extreme attention to detail and a knack for seeing what needs to be done even when it’s not on your task list.
- Desire to create a welcoming, distraction-free environment for people coming onto our campus.
- Available to work weekends and Wednesday nights (8:30pm – 12:30am) on a rotating shift schedule
- Reliable transportation and a valid Washington State Driver’s License.

Reports to: Lead Custodian and Facility Manager
Required Hours: 11 hours per week; your shifts will rotate so that you have 1 predictable weekend off per month.
Compensation: Begins at $15.74/hour
