CRM Specialist (Hybrid)

Support the execution of UScellular’s CRM strategy by bringing use cases to life for existing customers in all channels, delivering on our vision of real-time “1 to 1 marketing.” Aid in the assessment, set-up, and full execution of all campaigns, both CRM driven, and internal partner driven. Work closely with technology, marketing operations, analytics, readiness teams and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and understanding of all campaigns.

  • Support the execution and delivery of CRM campaigns that encourage customer retention and customer loyalty
  • Assist in the prioritization and timeline adherence of all campaigns and CRM project work
  • Utilize marketing tools to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Act as a liaison between CRM team and Marketing Operations and Readiness teams
  • Monitor campaigns for seamless execution through analytics and reporting resources
  • Troubleshoot any performance issues by collaborating with all pertinent parties to effectively resolve
  • Interview key stakeholders to ascertain key campaign information and create a supporting campaign strategy
  • Utilizes available information to ensure campaign requirements meet best practices and standards set forth by CRM team
  • Gather marketing requirements for targeted audiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to process changes, decisions and business shifts necessary to achieve team goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years marketing experience
  • Strong cross-functional experience
  • Ability to manage major projects within a fast-paced environment while maintaining core operations
  • Familiarity of CRM/digital marketing standard methodologies
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Salary range: $63,000 – $95,667
